D.I.Y. inspection

Checking your drive-belt is a very important inspection. Without it, a lot of your vital components would not operate. For example your power-steering pump will not build-up pressure to ad you in steering, or the engine’s water pump which job is to circulate coolant though the motor to help prevent overheating, will not aid in engine cooling.
How to locate:

- It can be found on the front of the engine

What to look for:

- Glazing
- Cracking
- Fraying
